Now, this is the way to do it. The left side of this Moto Guzzi Le Mans fork contains the compression adjuster. The right side has the rebound adjuster.

Just as sophisticated, the Le Mans features a White Power rear damper. The blue knob adjusts the rear shock's compression damping. There are separate adjusters (not visible) for adjusting rebound damping and spring preload.
